Vasudha Soni is a Senior Manager at Tribe and a core member of the firm’s financial modelling and execution team.
She specialises in the development of complex financial models supporting infrastructure transactions across sectors.
Since joining Tribe in 2020, Vasudha has contributed to the financial structuring and delivery of PPP and project finance mandates in the Middle East and Asia.
OVERVIEW
Vasudha brings strong experience in financial modelling, transaction execution, and advisory support across infrastructure sectors. She has advised on high-value transactions in India and the Middle East, with a focus on renewable energy, telecoms, and transport.
Prior to joining Tribe in 2020, Vasudha was part of the transaction advisory team at a global professional services firm in India, where she worked on a range of buy-side and sell-side mandates for private equity firms and large corporates. Her deal experience includes over USD 300 million in aggregate value across multiple sectors.
Vasudha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has audited several NSE-listed companies. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from Sri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi.
Vasudha is based in Abu Dhabi.
