Ulugbek brings experience in infrastructure project finance and financial modelling across multiple asset classes within the energy sector, including conventional and renewable power, utilities, and transport.
Prior to joining Tribe, he worked at Synergy Consulting, where he supported financial modelling and transaction execution for project finance and M&A assignments in the Middle East and Asia.
He has worked on projects across the full transaction lifecycle, including feasibility assessment, debt structuring, bid support, and financial close.
Ulugbek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from S P Jain School of Global Management and has passed CFA Level II.
Ulugbek is based in Abu Dhabi.
