Udit Garg is a Director at Tribe and serves as the firm’s Training & Development Lead within the financial advisory team.
He specializes in the development and oversight of complex financial models and has supported multi-billion-dollar transactions across the infrastructure sector.
Udit is highly proficient in Excel and VBA, and regularly advises on economic evaluation, financial structuring, and due diligence across PPP and project finance mandates.
OVERVIEW
Udit brings strong financial due diligence and transactional experience, having advised private equity firms and strategic corporates on numerous buy-side and sell-side mandates. His core expertise lies in financial modelling, valuations, and deal structuring.
Before joining Tribe, Udit supported cross-border M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors, including infrastructure, manufacturing, and services , developed over five years as part of the core transaction advisory team at KPMG India. He also has audit experience covering both NYSE- and NSE-listed companies.
Udit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi.
Udit is based in Abu Dhabi.
