Udit is a senior infrastructure finance professional with over 12 years of experience across financial advisory. Over the past 7 years, he has specialised in infrastructure transactions across the MENA region, advising governments, developers, and institutional investors. At Tribe, he leads complex transactions and plays an integral role in driving the firm’s strategic growth and regional presence.
OVERVIEW
Joining Tribe in 2018 as a Senior Analyst, Udit has steadily advanced to Associate Director, reflecting his technical expertise and strong client relationships. He has successfully led major mandates across utilities, transport, and social infrastructure, aligning public sector objectives with private capital requirements.
Udit brings deep experience in debt and equity structuring, managing transactions through the full lifecycle, including commercial negotiation, documentation, due diligence, and investment appraisal. Additionally, he serves as the firm's Training & Development Lead within the financial advisory team.
Prior to joining Tribe, Udit spent five years with KPMG’s core deal advisory team, supporting cross-border M&A deals across infrastructure, manufacturing, and services sectors.
He holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification and earned a First Class Honours degree in Commerce.
Udit is based in Abu Dhabi.
