Tondani is an Assistant Manager at Tribe’s Advisory business, specialising in the infrastructure spectrum, including energy, transport, and industrial projects.
At Tribe, Tondani is actively involved in advising public and private sector clients on the structuring, financing, and execution of large-scale infrastructure projects across the power, water and real estate sectors.
OVERVIEW
Tondani brings 8 years’ experience advising on complex infrastructure and natural resources transactions across the UK, Africa, the Middle East, and broader emerging markets, with a focus on debt advisory, project finance, and structured financings.
Prior to joining Tribe, Tondani held roles across corporate finance, debt advisory, and restructuring in London, Dubai, and Johannesburg. His experience includes tenures at RB&A Partners, Consilium Capital, Standard Bank Group, and Credit Suisse (now UBS), where he advised on a broad range of M&A, financing, and restructuring mandates, supporting both sponsors and lenders across multiple sectors.
Tondani is a South African-qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Master's degree in finance from London Business School. He completed his undergraduate studies in Accounting and Finance in South Africa.

Financial Advisor on the GBP 60m sell-side of a water company, based in the UK (2023).
Financial Advisor to the Procurer on the refinancing of a social infrastructure asset in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia (ongoing).
Financial Advisor to the Sponsor of a 700 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) project in Jordan (ongoing).
Financial Advisor to the Developer on the financing and structuring of a large-scale real estate development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ongoing).
