Suyash Garg is an Assistant Manager in Tribe’s Advisory business, with experience supporting infrastructure transactions across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India.
Suyash specializes in developing complex financial models to support large-scale infrastructure transactions.
At Tribe, he is involved in the execution and management of infrastructure mandates, with a focus on the Waste-to-Energy, Water, and Power sectors.
OVERVIEW
Suyash brings strong experience in financial modelling and project finance advisory, with a focus on Greenfield Bids, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Debt Advisory across infrastructure sectors.
He has worked on transactions spanning waste-to-energy, wastewater, roads, and desalination projects across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India
At Synergy Consulting, Suyash has gained extensive experience in project finance, financial modelling, and valuation. He supported a range of WTE, IPP, and IWP transactions, with primary responsibilities including building and managing complex financial models and reviewing project and financing documentation
Earlier in his career, Suyash was part of the investment banking team at SBI Capital Markets, where he worked on transactions in the roads and solar sectors in India, with a focus on developing financial models for PPPs, InvITs, and other infrastructure assets.
Suyash holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and a Bachelor in Economics from Delhi University.
Suyash is based in Abu Dhabi.
