Peter is the Founder and Group CEO of Tribe Infrastructure Group. He has 30 years of experience in developing and delivering infrastructure, utilities, and real estate projects, having held leadership roles in development, investment banking, and construction across the Middle East, Asia, and Australia.
OVERVIEW
Peter is responsible for leading Tribe at group level, setting the strategic direction of the firm, and managing Tribe’s relationships with government and capital partners. He has been actively involved in Tribe’s international advisory assignments and has played a key role in establishing Tribe's at-risk development capability in Australia.
Prior to founding Tribe, Peter served as the CEO of the Macquarie-led ZonesCorp Infrastructure Fund, overseeing the deployment of USD 1 billion in Industrial City and utility assets in the UAE. He also held senior positions within the asset development team at Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (MIRA).
Peter's career originated with an 11-year tenure with ASX-listed Lend Lease in Australia and Asia, where he was responsible for the development and delivery of various projects in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree with Honours from the University of New South Wales and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
Peter is based in Abu Dhabi.

Lead Bid Manager & Financial Advisor to a local developer for the ZATCA Land Port PPP project in KSA.
Buy-Side M&A Advisor to a regional holding company on an infrastructure developer in KSA.
Buy-Side M&A Advisor to a UAE government entity on a wastewater infrastructure project in the UAE.
Lead M&A Advisor to Abu Dhabi Retirement Benefits and Pension Fund in its acquisition of a 29% stake from Masdar.
Development Partnership & Seed Funding Lead for the East Rockingham WtE project (USD 300m); served as EPC and O&M negotiation lead on a USD300m WtE plant in Perth, Western Australia.
Project Company CEO for the Wawa 500MW Pumped Storage Project in Manila, Philippines (USD 1.1Bn)—led prefeasibility, feasibility, offtake negotiations, and EPC contract negotiations for Equis Energy.
Advisor to Aldar on the divestment of its 50% stake in S&T Cool to National District Cooling Company (Tabreed).
Advisor to a consortium comprising Macquarie Capital, Aboitiz Equity Ventures, and Ayala Corporation (Calax PPP) on the PPP development of a 47km toll road in Manila, Philippines.
