Nicolas Jarrosson serves as Managing Director at Tribe, with over 20 years of experience in finance and infrastructure across the Middle East and Europe.
He specializes in project finance, equity investments, and strategic infrastructure advisory, with a focus on utilities, transport, and social infrastructure.
Nicolas has played a leading role in structuring and delivering complex PPP transactions across the GCC.
OVERVIEW
Nicolas brings deep expertise in public-private partnerships (PPPs), risk allocation, structured finance, and equity investment, developed through senior roles across government and private sectors. Prior to joining Tribe in 2018, he held leadership roles at a major Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund and the Executive Affairs Authority (EAA), where he contributed to strategic policy and investment reviews in the power and water sector.
Earlier in his career, Nicolas worked at TAQA and Mubadala, managing investments in power and infrastructure across the Middle East. He began his career in project and structured finance at Siemens Financial Services in Germany and BNP Paribas in Bahrain.
Nicolas holds an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Master’s in Corporate and Markets Finance from Grenoble University (France), and a Bachelor’s degree from ESSCA Business School (France).
Nicolas is based in Abu Dhabi.
