Hamish Prestige is a Manager at Tribe with over 7 years of experience in project and corporate finance.
Hamish joined Tribe in 2025 from Reventus Power where he was involved in originating, executing, and managing investments in large-scale offshore wind projects and portfolios.
At Tribe, Hamish advises clients on equity transactions and project finance mandates across energy and infrastructure.
OVERVIEW
Hamish brings experience in debt and equity structuring, managing transactions through the full lifecycle, including commercial negotiation, documentation, due diligence, and investment appraisal.
At Reventus Power (CPP's dedicated offshore wind investment vehicle), Hamish was involved in originating and executing M&A opportunities in offshore wind assets and portfolios.
Prior to Reventus Power, Hamish worked at Bechtel Enterprises, the financing and investment unit of Bechtel Corporation where he identified and undertook due diligence on infrastructure and energy investment opportunities.
Hamish started his career at BDO where he was part of the project finance modelling team reviewing a diverse mix of infrastructure acquisitions and project financings.
Hamish holds a master’s degree from the University of St Andrews and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, 2021).
Hamish is based in Abu Dhabi.
