Gretchelle is part of Tribe’s Project Controls team, bringing strong experience in project coordination, documentation, and delivery support.
She plays a key role in ensuring document control and compliance processes run smoothly across infrastructure projects, contributing to efficient execution and effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
OVERVIEW
Gretchelle brings extensive experience in project controls and documentation across complex infrastructure projects in the UAE. Prior to joining Tribe in 2024, she worked on major transport and rail developments including the Dubai Metro Red Line Extensions, Etihad Rail, and Hafeet Rail Projects, where she supported project execution on behalf of main contractors.
Her responsibilities have spanned the full project lifecycle, from document control and compliance tracking to communication coordination and reporting. She is known for her ability to maintain structured systems and ensure alignment with client and contractor expectations across multiple stakeholders.
Gretchelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which supports her ability to manage team dynamics, foster collaboration, and maintain clear communication in high-pressure environments.
Gretchelle is based in Abu Dhabi.
