Giuseppe Scaglione is a Senior Analyst at Tribe and a core member of the firm’s financial modelling team.
He specialises in the development of complex financial models from first principles and provides analytical support across infrastructure and energy-related investments.
Since joining Tribe in 2024, Giuseppe has contributed to several modelling assignments supporting project finance, PPP, and M&A transactions.
OVERVIEW
Giuseppe brings experience in investment valuation, project finance, and financial modelling, with a focus on energy infrastructure and asset-based investments.
Prior to joining Tribe, he worked within the acquisitions and investments team at a leading European energy company, where he supported greenfield projects, PPPs, and M&A transactions across Italy’s energy sector.
Earlier in his career, Giuseppe also gained experience in the real estate, investment banking, and private equity advisory sectors, supporting various investment and due diligence workstreams.
Giuseppe holds a Master of Science in Management from Bocconi University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rome La Sapienza.
Giuseppe is based in Abu Dhabi.

Financial Advisor on greenfield renewable energy developments (photovoltaic and onshore wind) in Italy, with a total capacity exceeding 300 MW.
Financial Modeller supporting project finance structuring for a 110 MW renewable energy asset portfolio.
Financial Modeller and Valuation Analyst for the EUR 150 million acquisition of an EV charging station operator in Italy.
Financial Modeller for EUR 20 million in add-on acquisitions of target companies in the B2C energy services sector.
Financial Advisor and Modeller for Public-Private Partnership (PPP) bids with the Italian public administration, focused on energy efficiency and public lighting projects, totalling approximately EUR 100 million in investment.
Participated in the acquisition of commercial and residential real estate assets across Italy, Spain, and Germany, covering over 20,000 sqm of gross leasable area.
Financial Modeller for greenfield on-site cogeneration projects for industrial (B2B) clients in Italy, totalling approximately 15 MW in capacity.
