Eugene is a Senior Investment Associate with Tribe where he is responsible for financial modelling and supporting the debt and equity finance for the Australian Waste to Energy Project development pipeline.
OVERVIEW
Eugene is an experienced finance professional with ten years working across corporate and advisory, primarily in the infrastructure and energy sector.
Prior to joining Tribe, Eugene held roles in Corporate Finance at APA Group, Financial Advisory at Planum Partners and Financial Modelling at KPMG. Eugene’s experience spans opportunities ranging from PPP bid processes, M&A (both buy-side and sell-side), debt refinancing and restructuring, commercial restructuring, and greenfield development opportunities.
Eugene holds a Masters of Finance and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics and Statistics) from the University of Melbourne. Eugene is also a CFA charterholder.
Eugene is based in Sydney.
