Christina joined Tribe in late 2020 after twelve years in the United Arab Emirates, including four years with Mubadala Investment Company, where she supported the Aerospace, Renewables and ICT platform.
OVERVIEW
Christina has over fifteen years of experience, including advising and leading on significant cross border, multi-jurisdictional transactions in the Middle East, Europe and the U.S.
She has a strong background in greenfield project development and project financing, and also brings experience in M&A and private equity, particularly in the utilities, technology and aviation sectors.
Prior to Mubadala, Christina held legal roles at US firm Vinson & Elkins and magic circle firm, Allen & Overy.
Christina holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She was admitted as a Barrister & Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2005.
