Alisher is an Analyst at Tribe and is a core member of the Advisory team. He specialises in acquisitions, investments, and infrastructure project development across the energy sector.
Since joining Tribe in 2025, Alisher has contributed to various mandates on the private sector side across Energy, Power, Water and Transportation Infrastructure in the GCC.
OVERVIEW
Alisher brings experience in large-scale acquisitions, investments, and infrastructure development across the energy sector, with a focus on nuclear energy and offshore wind.
Prior to joining Tribe, Alisher worked in the Project Finance team at Great British Nuclear, where he supported the implementation of the Small Modular Reactors (SMR) programme and nuclear energy infrastructure projects across the UK
Before that, he worked at Reventus Power, the dedicated offshore wind investment platform for the CPP Investment Board (CPP Investments), where he supported the investment team in valuation and acquisitions in Europe and North America.
Alisher is fluent in English, Russian, and Kazakh. He holds an MSc in Investment & Wealth Management from Imperial College London and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bristol.
Alisher is based in London.
