Alex Dakaj is a Senior Analyst at Tribe, based in the London office and a core member of the firm’s Advisory team.
He is responsible for building and operating financial models and supporting the delivery of key workstreams throughout the deal cycle.
Alex provides modelling and analytical support across infrastructure and energy transactions.
OVERVIEW
Alex brings experience in financial modelling, project finance, and commercial advisory across the infrastructure and renewables sectors in Europe.
Prior to joining Tribe, he spent five years at a specialist advisory firm where he supported transactions through model development, financial analysis, and deal execution support for both public and private sector clients.
His work included supporting renewable energy projects and infrastructure investments across multiple European jurisdictions.
Alex is based in London.

Financial Modeler on a ~£30 million debt raise for a 102 MWh battery storage asset in the UK.
Financial Modeler on a ~£200 million debt refinancing for a portfolio of anaerobic digestion plants in the UK.
Project Manager for the development of an operational model for a 50,000 AF desalination plant in the USA.
Built a detailed financial close model to value a 2,000 MW development portfolio of solar and battery assets in the UK, covering over 20 SPVs, a DevelopmentCo, and a HoldCo.
Developed a sell-side financial model for a portfolio of eight offshore transmission assets in the UK.
Built and ran a financial close model to support a bid to acquire and lease ~£50 million of rolling stock in Italy.
Developed a financial model to assess the feasibility of acquiring a 192 MWh battery storage project in Poland, including scenario analysis for lenders and reporting on outputs.
