CAREERS AT TRIBE

TRIBE INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Our structured three to six month programme offers final-year students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure and project finance advisory in one of the most active and growing PF and debt market geographies.
Interns join Tribe’s advisory team in Abu Dhabi and are fully integrated into live mandates across the infrastructure sector, including water, power generation, renewables, utilities, and social infrastructure. The programme combines practical deal exposure with structured training and close mentorship, providing a strong foundation in project finance, financial modelling, infra focused M&A and transaction advisory.
The internship is designed for candidates with a strong analytical mindset and a genuine interest (and experience) in infrastructure and PE/Debt financing. Objective is, after successful completion of the programme, for full-time permanent role with Tribe in Abu Dhabi.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for high-performing and driven final-year students or recent graduates with an interest in infrastructure advisory and financial analysis.
Candidates with prior internship or work experience in infrastructure advisory, project finance, investment banking, private equity will be viewed favorably, particularly where this experience involved exposure to infrastructure or utilities sectors.

Practical Experience
Contribute to active deals and understand day-to-day advisory work.
Structured Training
Weekly training sessions on financial modeling and commercial transaction fundamentals.
Dedicated Mentorship
Individual guidance from an assigned mentor (analyst or senior analyst).
Intern Project
Undertake a standalone project—either based on real transaction scenarios or active deals—ending with a final presentation.
